Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your [Your Platform Name] dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to our syndication tools until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be applied.
2. Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital nature of our automated services and the immediate allocation of API resources, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months of service or unused syndication credits.
However, we may issue a refund in the following cases:
- Technical Failure: If a confirmed system error prevented you from syndicating content for more than 48 consecutive hours.
- Double Billing: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same billing period.
3. 7-Day Satisfaction Window
New users are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days of their initial subscription, provided that no more than 5 automated posts have been successfully syndicated through the platform.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund under the eligible conditions, please email billing@yourdomain.com with your account email and transaction ID. Requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days.
